Scope of ServicesWe provide services including Thai visa application assistance, bank account opening support, driver's license processing, Thailand Elite Visa applications, and related administrative services.───────────────────────────2. Agency RelationshipWe act as a professional service facilitator, not as an agent of any Thai government authority or financial institution. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.───────────────────────────3. Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for ensuring all information and documents provided are truthful, complete, and up-to-date. We are not liable for any rejection, delay, or loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.───────────────────────────4. Service FeesService fees are as agreed upon confirmation and exclude Thai government fees, third-party charges, transportation, and other out-of-pocket expenses, which are the client's sole responsibility.───────────────────────────5. ConfidentialityAll personal data and documents provided by clients are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of service delivery. We do not disclose client information to unrelated third parties. Our data practices comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.───────────────────────────6. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for consequences arising from changes in Thai government policy, administrative delays by authorities, or force majeure events beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.───────────────────────────7. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund PolicyLast Updated: May 2026This Refund Policy applies to services provided by

Statutory Cooling-Off PeriodUnder the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is formed, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.───────────────────────────2. Early Commencement of ServiceIf you request that we begin providing services before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you must confirm this in writing. You acknowledge that: if the service is fully completed, your right to cancel is lost; if the service is partially completed, you may still cancel but we are entitled to charge a proportionate fee for work already carried out.───────────────────────────3. Refunds After the Cooling-Off PeriodOnce an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, service fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:• If a rejection is directly caused by our error, we will offer a refund or re-process the case at no charge.• If we fail to deliver the service as agreed, you are entitled to a remedy or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.───────────────────────────4. Non-Refundable Situations• Rejections or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late-changed client information.• Rejections due to Thai government policy changes, quota restrictions, or authority discretion.• Government fees, third-party charges, and disbursements made on the client's behalf.───────────────────────────5. Refund ProcessEligible clients must submit a written refund request within 14 business days of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.───────────────────────────6. Your Statutory RightsThis Refund Policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under UK law.───────────────────────────7.
